A laundry closet with washer and dryer is included. A complimentary golf cart is provided for campground exploration, and small dogs (25 pounds or less) are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

GENERAL INFORMATION
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4:00 PM EST AND CHECKOUT is 9:30 AM EST. If the property is ready, early check-in may be granted, but access cannot be guaranteed before 4:00 PM.
All homes are NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, NO E-Cigarettes allowed. This means DO NOT SMOKE IN OR ON OUR PROPERTY.
Dogs must weigh 25 pounds or less. $200 fee per pet. If an animal without approval is discovered, your credit card will be charged for each one plus a $125 cleaning fee, and you may be asked to leave.
Payment: A 50% advance payment is due at reservation unless arranged otherwise. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. For bookings within 60 days, full payment is required. Third Party bookings (VRBO, AirBnB) incur a 10% fee.
All guests must be at least 21 years old to operate the golf cart. IDs of guests aged 16 and over and a list of occupants must be sent to the property manager before arrival for insurance purposes.
Cancellations result in forfeiting the advance payment. No refunds for shortened stays.
No daily housekeeping service is provided.
Reservations under false pretenses will be forfeited, and check-in will be denied.
Exceptions to policies must be approved in writing.
DEPARTURE: Guests must wash dishes, take out garbage, remove linens (if applicable), and clear food from the refrigerator!
Cable TV and internet service are provided and outages will not yield rent refunds.
PARKING: Parking passes are provided upon arrival for a $15 fee, not included in rental total. Display at all times; failure may result in towing at your expense.
RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain premises in good, clean condition and behave respectfully. Avoid leaving trash outside, as it attracts wildlife. Renters are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM - 7 AM. Owner provides basic kitchenware; consumables must be purchased by the renter.
The Renter indemnifies the homeowner against claims arising from premises use. Renters are advised to secure their valuables and may be liable for fines imposed on the owner due to their actions.
Fireworks and illegal substances are prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
Golf carts rules must be followed. Ignoring them may lead to fines up to $1,000. Renters assume all risks on premises.
