Houses Coming for 2023!
Will fit any size motor home, camper, or fifth wheel. There will be an on-the-ground Gazebo with an outdoor living and dining area, putting and corn hole area. Comes with a gas grill, fire-pit, cable, WIFI, and sewer hookups.
Will have a hard, concrete-like gravel pad for motorhome or camper to park on as well as an artificial turf yard.
**A Golf Cart is available for a $450 per week user fee. Rentals are weekly from June 4-September 10 (7 day minimum). All other times are a 3 day minimum.

SECURITY - OUR HOUSES ARE PROTECTED BY EXTERIOR-ONLY SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS TO PROTECT OUR RENTAL PROPERTY AND OUR BELONGINGS.
OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES AND WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY.
